Where can I actually go ballroom dancing?
We learn how to dance so that we can go out dancing, right? There are several ballroom dancing events happening in NYC, including two a month hosted by Left Side Leading. Every 2nd & 4th Sunday of the month we run a Tea Dance from 2:30-6:00pm. Beginner-friendly class at 2:30, DJs announce what dance is being played, there is a mixer to help meet new people, and sometimes we’ll have a performance by some of our dancers. There’s always a dance coming up, so come join the fun!
